This is an excellent opportunity to tailor packages to your preferences or clarify any uncertainties. If you wish to proceed, a booking confirmation email will be sent, prompting you to pay a deposit to secure your reservation for the event date.
Approximately six weeks prior to your event is the best time to arrange your initial consultation with Vinny. This meeting serves as an opportunity to discuss song choices, the evening's schedule, and other event particulars. During your initial consultation, it's recommended to have a draft of your run sheet, song selections, and a floor plan prepared before this meeting to review with Vinny. Any queries you may have can also be addressed during this session. If you feel the need for a follow-up meeting closer to the date, that's perfectly fine as well.
By this stage, all arrangements and logistics will be taken care of. The team at Vinny's AV will handle all venue logistics such as bump-in and any permits that may be required by the venue, ensuring a seamless flow at your event. At this point, the couple's sole responsibility is to enjoy their night!
